The City of Nairobi has a wide range of hotels to meet your accommodation needs. The organizers of the congress have deliberately identified a number of hotels that are within reasonable distance from the congress venue Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC). Please see the locations of the hotels in the map below. Some of these hotels are within walking distance from the venue while others are a short drive, if the traffic is good. There will be free shuttle buses to ferry delegates from the recommended hotels to the congress venue in the morning and in the evening.
The organizers of the congress have negotiated special rates for IGC-IRC Kenya 2021 delegates. Delegates have three options for booking, depending on which hotel you choose:
- Special direct link (where provided by the hotel)
- Special congress code to be used on the hotel website booking page
- Email the hotel and specify that you are IGC-IRC Kenya 2021 delegates.
Each hotel has nominated one of these three ways, and this booking information is provided in the table below. The hotel websites and maps are provided for ease of reference for detailed information about the hotels. For any other clarification, you can also call the hotels using the phone numbers provided.

Please note:
- Congress participants are responsible for their own hotel arrangements.
- Hotel rates are in $ USD and are based on per room per night charge.
- Hotel rates are inclusive of bed and breakfast.
- Hotel rates are inclusive of taxes.
- Any expenses incurred during the stay at the hotel will be charged to the delegate's personal account.
- For all reservations - mention "IGC-IRC Congress"

First shuttles will leave each hotel at 6:45 AM to allow time to reach KICC (Kenyatta International Convention Center) and clear security by 7:30 AM. Adequate shuttles will be provided to bring all guests at each hotel to KICC at the 6:45 AM pickup time. Later shuttles will be provided on the hour starting at 8 AM until 2 PM. Realize that these later shuttles may take up to 2 hours to reach KICC. Shuttles from KICC to each hotel will be provided starting at 5:00 PM and may take one hour or more to reach the hotels.
The following hotels are within walking distance of KICC and will not have shuttle service provided:

Important: some Congress hotels will not have a shuttle provided. Therefore, we encourage you to either stay in a downtown hotel close to KICC, or only book a hotel with shuttle service provided.
